The camera does not open

Open iPhone Settings, find Barcode Scanner and enable Camera access. Return to the app and start a scan session again.

A barcode is slow to scan

• Keep the full barcode inside the scan frame.
• Hold the phone steady and avoid glare.
• Use zoom for small labels.
• Increase the brightness when scanning from another screen.

A duplicate is rejected

The app blocks duplicate IMEI or serial numbers inside the same scan session. Review the session to edit or remove the earlier record before scanning again.

Export or share scans

Open Review and choose Excel, CSV, text sharing or Copy. The iOS share sheet can send the file through Mail, WhatsApp or another installed app.

Delete local scan data

On the home screen, open Privacy, select Delete all scans, and confirm twice. Model presets are retained.
