In short: Calculate Smart, installed with the label Calculate+, has no advertisements, account system, payments, analytics or tracking. Calculations, drafts, settings and history are stored locally. Only Currency contacts an external service, to obtain public reference-rate data.
Information Nirvana Solutions collects
Nirvana Solutions does not collect, receive, sell or share your calculations, calculation history, clipboard contents, advertising identifiers, device identifiers or app-usage analytics through Calculate Smart. The app does not require an account or sign-in and contains no subscription or payment processing.
Information stored on your device
Your unfinished expressions, calculator drafts, settings, calculation history, notes, tags, favourite currencies, recent currencies and cached reference rates are stored in the app on your device. You can disable history saving, delete individual entries, clear history or reset the app.
Currency reference rates and network information
When Currency needs current rates or you request a refresh, Calculate Smart contacts the public Frankfurter service at api.frankfurter.dev over HTTPS to download supported currencies and EUR-based reference rates. The request does not contain the amount you entered, calculations, history, clipboard contents, account information or an app-specific identifier.
As with a normal internet request, Frankfurter and the network or infrastructure providers delivering the service can receive technical connection information such as an IP address and client connection details under their own policies. Nirvana Solutions does not operate Frankfurter and does not receive this connection information through Calculate Smart. The latest successfully downloaded rate table is cached locally so Currency can continue working offline.
Currency results are informational reference values and can differ from banks, payment cards or currency exchanges. Calculate Smart is not a trading, banking or financial-advice service.
Copying, sharing and exporting
Information leaves the app only when you deliberately choose an action such as Copy, Share or Export and select a destination. Apple’s system share features and the destination app or service then handle that information under their own privacy terms.
Support and feedback
Calculate Smart can prepare an email draft containing app and device details helpful for support. No calculation or history content is attached automatically. You can review, change or discard the draft before sending it. If you send an email, Nirvana Solutions receives your sender address and the information you choose to include, uses it only to respond or provide support, and does not sell it. Your email provider handles the message under its own terms.
Permissions
Calculate Smart does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or advertising-tracking permission. Copy, paste, sharing and email actions occur only when you choose them and use Apple system features.
Backups and device transfer
Depending on your Apple device settings, operating-system backup or device-transfer services may include locally stored app data. Apple handles those backups and transfers under its own terms and privacy policy. Information you export or share remains wherever you chose to send or save it until you delete it there.
Retention and deletion
Local app data remains until you delete it, reset the app, clear its data or remove the app, subject to any device backup you control. Cached reference rates are replaced when a later refresh succeeds.
Children’s privacy
Calculate Smart does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users. The app contains no advertising, social features or user-generated public content.
Changes to this policy
If Calculate Smart’s privacy practices change, this page will be updated with a revised effective date.
